Built on Real Experience, Not Theories
We started Shineuptech after watching too many businesses struggle with cash flow problems they never saw coming. Financial health isn't mysterious, but it does require honest assessment.
How This Started
Back in early 2019, I was consulting for a manufacturing firm in Ratchaburi. Their revenue looked solid on paper. Yet they couldn't pay suppliers on time. The disconnect was obvious once you looked at their actual cash position versus obligations.
That pattern kept repeating. Business owners would focus on profit margins while their working capital deteriorated. Some had decent sales but terrible collection processes. Others invested in equipment without considering how it affected their immediate liquidity.
Shineuptech came from those conversations. We needed a practical approach to help businesses understand their financial position before problems became crises. Not forecasting or complex modeling, just clear analysis of what the numbers actually show.

What We Actually Do
Liquidity Assessment
We examine your current assets against short-term obligations. Can you meet next month's payroll and supplier payments? Most cash crunches are visible weeks before they hit if you're looking at the right metrics.
Solvency Analysis
Long-term financial health is different from daily cash flow. We look at debt structure, asset quality, and whether your business model can sustain current obligations over time. This matters more than people think.
Cash Flow Patterns
Revenue timing versus expense timing creates most liquidity problems. We map out your actual cash movements to identify where delays or mismatches create pressure points in your operation.
Working Capital Review
How much capital is tied up in inventory or receivables? We help you see where your money sits and whether that allocation makes sense for your business model and growth plans.
Debt Structure Analysis
Not all debt is equal. We examine your borrowing mix, repayment schedules, and whether your debt structure matches your cash generation capacity. Misalignment here causes serious problems.
Financial Position Reporting
We translate balance sheets and cash flow statements into plain language about what your business can and cannot handle financially. No jargon, just honest assessment of your current position.
Meet the Person Behind the Analysis

Opal Winters
Lead Financial Analyst
I spent twelve years working in corporate finance before moving to consulting in 2017. Most of that time involved watching executives make decisions based on incomplete financial pictures. They'd look at profit without considering whether they could actually access that money when needed.
What drew me to this work was seeing how often liquidity problems are preventable. A manufacturing client in 2018 expanded production capacity right as their receivables collection slowed. The expansion was profitable on paper, but it drained their working capital. They ended up borrowing at unfavorable rates to cover the gap.
At Shineuptech, I focus on helping business owners see those patterns before they become problems. My approach is straightforward analysis of what your financial position actually is, not what you hope it might be. That honest assessment is where good decisions start.
Six Years of Development
Initial Launch
Started with five local clients in Ratchaburi, focusing on manufacturing and retail businesses. The early work was mostly cleaning up their financial data so we could actually see what was happening with their cash.
Crisis Response
When lockdowns hit, our client base suddenly needed immediate liquidity analysis. We helped thirteen businesses restructure their short-term obligations and identify which costs could be reduced without damaging operations. That year taught us a lot about financial resilience.
Methodology Refinement
Developed our current assessment framework after working with over forty businesses. The pattern recognition became clearer, and we could identify common liquidity traps more quickly. Also started offering quarterly reviews instead of just crisis consultations.
Educational Programs
Launched structured learning programs for business owners who wanted to understand their own financial analysis better. The response was strong, especially from second-generation business operators taking over family companies.
Current Focus
We're working with fifty-two active clients across Thailand, from small manufacturers to mid-sized retail operations. The emphasis remains on practical liquidity and solvency analysis that helps owners make informed decisions about their financial capacity.

What Guides Our Work
Honest Assessment
We tell you what your financial position actually is, not what you want to hear. Sometimes that means difficult conversations about liquidity constraints or debt sustainability. But accurate information is always more useful than optimistic projections.
Practical Application
Financial analysis should lead to actionable decisions. We focus on metrics that matter for your specific business model and current situation. Abstract ratios are less useful than understanding your actual cash generation and obligation timing.
Clear Communication
Financial concepts don't need to be complicated. We explain liquidity and solvency issues in straightforward terms that business owners can use to make informed decisions. No unnecessary jargon or academic frameworks.
Long-term Perspective
Quick fixes often create bigger problems later. We look at how decisions affect both immediate liquidity and long-term financial health. Sustainable businesses need both working capital flexibility and solid solvency fundamentals.
